The B.A. Vintage Working Weekend is an Agricultural
Vehicle Appreciation Event that allows restorers to
display their treasured conveyances to members of
the general public. Over the course of the Weekend
there are ploughing displays from Tractors, Steam
Engines and Clydesdale Horses.
The B.A. Vintage Working Weekend offers one of the
finest recreations of a bygone era in the North-East
Scotland and continues to improve each year.
If Old Farming implements is not your thing, not to
worry, first and foremost, the B.A. Vintage Working
Weekend is a family orientated event with lots to
see and do - the children can Hunt for Buried Treasure,
Pan for Gold, Drive Mini Diggers, Jump on a Bouncy
Castle, Ride on the B.A. Express Train, Operate
Remote
Controlled Boats, Pick Tatties, Fill themselves
up with
Ice Cream and Candyfloss and throw balls at plates -
plus much more.

For the more serious among us you can enjoy the various craft stands, Military Displays, Wood
Carving with Chain Saws, Music and other
cultural pursuits or you could grab a bargain at
the Auto Jumble and Carboot. If you like to
participate you can throw an Axe, drive a 4x4
and get involved in the many activities that take
place over the Weekend. So if you’re free on
the 14th & 15th May 2011 come along and
join in the fun.
